By participating in our online or in-person workshops, programs, or events, you grant Terra On The Bench Studios the right to take photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of participants.

2. Promotional Purposes

For any pictures or videos taken during the in-person workshops or submitted through the Terra Scavenger Hunt Submission Form, you agree that Terra On The Bench Studios may use these images, videos, or audio recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, and informational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on our website, Terra’s Visual Sightings Map, social media channels, email newsletters, brochures, and print advertisements.

3. Waiver of Compensation

All media captured during our programs remains the exclusive property of Terra On The Bench Studios unless cited otherwise. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, and you understand that no financial compensation, royalties, or rewards will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.

4. Privacy & Safety Commitments

To protect the privacy and safety of minors, Terra On The Bench Studios strictly enforces the following rules unless explicit, separate parental consent is obtained:

• We will never publish a child’s full name alongside their photo.

• We will never include sensitive personal data (e.g., home addresses, specific school names).

• Photos will focus strictly on the educational activity or group setting.

5. Opt-Out Process

We respect parental preferences. If you do not want your child’s image used for promotional purposes, you must submit a written opt-out request to TerraOnTheBench@gmail.com prior to the start of the workshop or program. Please include your child's full name and the specific program they are registered for.
