Who is Christin Bratton?

Christin Bratton is an environmental scientist and field-based researcher. She focuses on how people think, decide, and regulate themselves in relation to place, nature, and modern environments. Conservation, STEM, observation, and public communication is the focus of her work.

She currently works in environmental protection and compliance, where she conducts environmental reviews, field assessments, and documentation tied to disaster recovery and infrastructure projects.

This background informs how she shares her stories and brainstorms solutions to surrounding issues. She cares less about aesthetics and more about whether something actually helps people function better in the world they’re already living in.

If each person is better equipped in themselves, there is more attention available to solving environmental and climate change issues.

Christin has been featured in several websites, including Voyage Houston, Bold Journey, University at Buffalo Research Program, Unity Environmental University Alumni Spotlight, The Buffalo News, Vocal Media, USA Wire, and contributes to a weekly editorial with the Buffalo Criterion Newspaper.
