Terra on the Bench™ Studios is an environmental storytelling platform led by environmental scientist CB. The work explores environmental justice, sustainability, and how planetary systems, ecosystems, and people intersect in everyday life.

Through essays, field notes, photography, and the podcast On Earth, with CB, the platform helps people better observe, understand, and appreciate the planet by connecting science, place, and lived experience. The focus is on making environmental knowledge accessible, grounded, and useful without panic, performative optimism, or greenwashed messaging.

It exists for people who want clarity, context, and a deeper relationship with the world they live in.

  • This is E3o Hub. A place we created to set the tone for discussion

  • terra Verdant is the voice, the vibe, and the mascot of E3O Files. She’s not your average green-haired cartoon—she’s a symbol of curiosity, truth, and Earth’s attitude. Think of her as your environmental nerd who’s is helping our planet recover from mankind’s stubbornness and destruction.

  • E3O stands for Expose, Educate, Explore, and Oppose—our four-point mission to make environmental truth-telling interesting again. It’s a digital ecosystem of podcasts, stories, and visuals that challenge systems, uplift nature, and keep your mind woke and wandering.

  • Earth is our favorite planet and the only planet we’ve ever been to. It’s neat.

  • Terra tells me she has been here since the Neanderthalic era. She was already evolved which is how humans became fully intelligent beings. It’s just some folks slipped through her fingertips. Ooops. TerraOnTheBench has been around since 2023.

  • The official language of Terra verdant is English. She can speak other languages on par if you ask me first what you're asking. I can get her to speak any language. Again, just ask me first so i can go ahead and prepare her. It’s not like I’m getting Google translate ready and passing that off as her preparing. No not at all. Christin, me, on the other hand, speak English, only. I can change accents pretty well, though.

  • Everything from climate justice and cultural contradictions to wildlife stories, field recordings, and policy hot takes. If it affects the Earth, we’re probably talking about it—with sound, sarcasm, and sincerity.

  • They’re both so cute! All animals, really. But cats are divas and strange. Dogs are funny and can say words, sometimes.
